How are things after yesterday? Ok, but I'm still feeling a little bit weird.

Dude, you're wearing your T-shirt inside out.

What? Nope, seems fine to me.

I can tell, the tog is on the wrong side.

Wrong side? It's perfectly normal.

Everybody wears it that way.

You really need to rest.

Anyway, it's time for me.

Nope, it's not a dream.

It's real.

Whats up, bro? Feeling a bit frightened? What are you looking at? Wh.

Wh.

Who are you? Just your reflection.

Do you like being in my world? No, no, no it's just a bad dream.

You wish.

It's all real.

Let me show you.

Aaa.

I have to leave.

Now.

You can't run from truth.

Left-hand traffic? Have I gone completly nuts? Relax.

It's just a bad dream.

I'll be awake in the moment.

What a messed up dream.

Man on the other side of a mirror? Where did that come from? Morning selfie time.

Samsung Galaxy J5 2016 vs Galaxy J5 2017 - Porównanie / Test / Opinie / Comparison

Today we continue the our comparison series with new Samsung Galaxy J models.

This time we are reviewing J5 models - versions 2016 and 2017.

How does novelty compare with its predecessor? Check it out with us in our new video! Although budget class, it's hard to complain about the quality of the J series.

Older J5 model had a metal frame with delicate ribbing.

Despite the relatively sharp upstand which was surrounded by a screen, J5 was much more comfortable in hand than J7.

The entire J series from 2016 were generally not that pretty, Samsung's designers opted for a classic look and solutions known from many previous handsets from the brand.

Prominent example is the protruding camera located on the rear, which was next to the speaker and LED flash.

So what has changed in recent J5 with 2017 number? First of all there were the ubiquitous rounding that further facilitate easy handling of the device and giving it pretty interesting look.

The phone holds up well in hand.

Unfortunately, the price for this convenience is the lack of replaceable battery as it was with the predecessor.

The case is made almost entirely with metal except for the plastic parts which is hidden behind an antenna.

The screen has gained a pleasant rounding on edges which, unfortunately, can make selecting the appropriate protective glass pretty difficult.

In the back the camera finally does not protrude from the case and its appearance raise positive feelings.

The speaker, that is currently located near the power button, has disappeared.

It's pleasing that the successor, despite the metal casing, managed to maintain a weight of 160 grams, for comparison - the model from 2016 weighed about one gram less.

Comparable smartphones feature 5.

2" AMOLED screens with a a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels.

Both older and newer models present the colors very well.

You also can not complain about the presentation of colors at an angle and brightness.

However, it seems that the new screen is slightly darker than its predecessor.

The heart of the Galaxy J5 2016 is quad-core Qualcomm processor clocked at 1.

2 GHz with Adreno 306.

The latest model has god replaced processor by Samsung's model clocked at 1.

6 GHz with Mali-T830 GPU.

Unfortunately, with the change of the CPU it wasn't decided to expand existing 2 GB of RAM.

Like its predecessor, the 2017 J5 has 16 GB of memory which can be extended by a further 256 GB by using a microSD card.

Let's remember that the 2016 model handle up to 128 GB via MicroSD.

The new offer from Samsung has also gained gyroscope and a fingerprint reader hidden in a physical button below the screen.

Unfortunately it was decided not to place the Always on display function in this model.

It's a shame, because the device still lacks notifications diode.

Newer model also has Micro USB type B connector.

With a definitely faster processor definitely, new model performs noticeably faster.

We tried to show the effect of both phones on a similar set of applications.

Older J5 2016 is equipped with Android 6.

0.

1 and at the moment does not have the possibility to upgrade to version 7, which is available in the refreshed version out of the box.

AnTutu tests evaluate the performance of the new J5 in 2017 at more than 46,000 points with 25,000 scored by 2016 J5.

The big difference is particularly evident in demanding games.

In World Of Tanks Blitz previous year version barely reaches 25 frames per second while on the lowest settings.

Latest proposal generates from 40 to 60 FPS which ensures smooth game play.

In other, less 'power-hungry' titles the difference between the two is no longer that evident.

On both phones temperatures reached during the heavy load are exemplary.

33 degrees Celsius for 2016 J5 and about 31 degrees Celsius for 2017 version is a very good score.

Only 2017 J5 has a fingerprint reader.

This gadget does not require pressing of a physical button and unlocks device immediately.

Both models have rear cameras with a resolution of 13 Mpix and a brightness of f/1.

7 for 2017 and f/1.

9 in 2016 version.

What combines them is, unfortunately, the lack of optical image stabilization and a maximum Full HD resolution for video recording.

Samsung is also equipped with 13 megapixels front camera, with 5 Mpix in its predecessor.

Without furthering you are welcome to evaluate the quality of pictures and movies coming from our phones.

Compared devices have batteries with similar capacities.

Both the 3000 and the 3100 mAh allow us to operate smartphones for about one day.

Audio in J-series has never been a strong point of these devices.

Although the latest offer from Samsung has gained the possibility of greater equalization, However, it still does not attracts us with its quality.

Recently presented new J series definitely proves that you can make a budget phone that his appearance doesn't need to be boring.

Too bad, that in the latest J5 edition it was decided not to expand memory and add functions like Always on Display, which was received by new J7 model.

However, in the current price and we get a lot of interesting solutions, that until now, were reserved for higher-priced devices Samsung.

Question "Which J5 should I choose" is quite difficult, especially considering the fact that the older and newer model have around 200 PLN (~44$) difference.

Therefore we are happy to hear your opinions on this issue, be sure to leave a comment beneath the video! See you at Sferis.

Pl!.

Dell Inspiron 7577 Review - $999 Gaming Laptop with GTX 1060 Max-Q!

Hey Dave, can you do a review of the Dell 7577? (cloud of request comments forming) (So please review it ASAP) Hello, I hear you're looking for an Inspiron 7577 video.

Okay.

This is not that laptop.

JK, it is.

I've had this for three weeks And I took my time on this one because this is an important device I feel like a lot of people purchase this thing or the Inspiron 7000 line And I wanted to make sure that I kind of tested it fully before I made this video.

Okay This thing for the uninitiated is the inexpensive gaming laptop from Dell, it's their Inspiron 7000 line And this is their third iteration of it.

When you have an inexpensive gaming laptop, there's got to be something, right? There's, you want to find that one thing that the company cut the corner on or did something weird with to Provide it at that price point and these guys They nailed it this year, okay First of all, let's talk about the screen.

Last year, they launched with a TN panel That was unimpressive to say the least.

This year this launches with an IPS panel right off the bat, and it's pretty good It's not amazing It's a reasonably color accurate screen with decent brightness.

The viewing angles aren't great, especially for an IPS panel But it's way better than the old TN panel and actually slightly better than the IPS panel that they used previously There's a 4K panel option, which I obviously don't have but based on last year's panel That was actually quite good, so if you do need higher resolution, I wouldn't be afraid to get that 4K upgrade.

Okay another thing they've added is a Thunderbolt 3 port.

So they have all the regular stuff, USB 3.

0, a bunch of them, three of them Ethernet port, SD card slot, and the Thunderbolt 3 port is nice because this one's running 4 lanes of PCIe So if you're plugging up an external GPU to this thing, you're getting the maximum bandwidth.

They've changed a few other things, some for the better, some for the worse.

It's a design refresh.

This one feels like it has some Alienware DNA creeping in.

The grille is different.

I wouldn't say it's better or worse from last year's.

I personally like the design, but everyone is gonna be a little bit different.

The soft touch material is gone.

It's not on the surface It's not on the keyboard deck and feel like that was a material that felt and looked really cool when he first got it but as you use the computer more and more and it got gunky It was just weird, so I'm personally happy that they removed it.

Uhm the hinge is unchanged and I didn't love the positioning of this hinge even last year.

It's kind of closer to the middle.

It makes it easier to torque.

Like if you open this laptop from the side, it that you just tend to torque the screen a little bit more, and every time you do it if you do it hundreds or thousands of times with the lifespan of the laptop, I don't know how it will do for the longevity of that hinge.

But last year's hinges seem to hold up well, so I feel like this one will be the same.

The screen in the top panel have a little bit of flex to it, nothing too bad.

But the keyboard deck is rock-solid.

It does not feel like a thousand dollar gaming laptop.

It's metal and there's no play or soft spots on this thing.

The corner down here still bugs me so last year's 7567 had the same kind of corner and depending on your wrist positioning and just how you kind of use your keyboard, this can be an issue.

It doesn't bother me, but if you have a very flat resting position for your arm, you might want to watch out for that.

The keyboard itself is good, not amazing.

It's an inexpensive gaming laptop, so you're not gonna get the best typing experience, but it's not bad.

The keystrokes are a little bit short, and I wish I had white backlighting instead of this red stuff.

The trackpad is also solid.

It's a plastic surface, but it uses Windows Precision drivers, and the tracking is good.

There's also a fingerprint sensor on the power button this was actually something I didn't expect.

They didn't advertise this.

I didn't even see this at the IFA announcement.

It might have been a late addition to this thing, but it's awesome.

This thing works really quickly and accurately to get you into Windows.

Webcam looks and sounds like this, nothing amazing.

I feel like the image quality hasn't changed in like three years.

It's not terrible, but it's not great.

Getting inside the laptop is super easy.

It's a single screw and when you unscrew it off, it actually stays on the back panel There's a c-clip that holds it in place so you can't even lose a screw if you wanted to.

Inside, we have a two and a half inch hard drive bay.

This slot is empty because I got an SSD with it But it comes with the cable, comes with a caddy, so you don't have to buy any of that stuff if you want to add a hard drive to it.

You have access to the SSD.

The one that they include is actually really fast.

The Wi-Fi card is good.

It's the Intel 8265 and you also have access to the two RAM slots.

The battery is down here, and it's smaller than last year which was disappointing.

So last year it was a 74 watt-hour battery.

This year it's 56.

And I'm getting around 4.

5 hours of battery life, screen at 215 nits.

Okay, I'm not sure why they did this because the bigger battery on last year's model is one of its best features.

It's one of its like most distinguishing features from all the other gaming laptops that were available.

That bigger battery was just like it was like a six hour battery So you could go through most of your day with just a single charge.

This now puts it into the "you gotta bring a charger with you" laptops, and I don't know.

That bombs me out It is a gaming laptop, so I can see why they did it, but it's disappointing nonetheless Another thing that's changed this year is that there's no sub.

So last year had a sub right in the bottom of the laptop which helped give it a little bit more bass I didn't have amazing speakers, but they were pretty good.

This year the speakers projects at the front again But because there's no sub, the bass is lacking.

They sound good.

They actually sound better in just terms of audio clarity.

The mids and the highs are just, there's just more body to that sound, there's no distortion, but you definitely notice the lack of bass.

Thermal management on this laptop is good.

The external temperatures are good, the internal temperatures are good.

There's no throttling even during long gaming sessions.

They did an excellent job with the thermal management.

The fan noise is also not bad.

At idle, the fans don't run, and on load, it's still quiet.

Okay, let's talk performance.

And this is probably the most important part of this video.

This laptop is running a GTX 1060 Max-Q and a Kaby Lake i7 The 7700HQ.

Now Max-Q chips tend to run at lower clock speeds, both the core clock and the boost clocks are slower.

But for whatever reason on this laptop, the boost clock is actually quite high.

It's not as high as a regular 1060 laptop, but we're hitting like 1645 MHz, which is really really close.

Now the performance I'm getting from this thing is not as good as a regular GTX 1060 because it's not always gonna hit the maximum boost clock, but everything except for the most demanding games will run really smoothly with really high graphics quality.

Now as for the reason as to why they're able to run their GPU a little bit faster, I'm not 100% sure.

My theory is that because thermal management is as good as it is, they're able to bump up that boost clock and the fans will take care of it, but honestly I'm not 100% sure.

But whatever the reason it doesn't even matter because you're getting a really fast laptop that's gonna be faster than most GTX 1060 Max-Q laptops out there and consumers win! Okay, if you're interested in this thing, I give it two thumbs up.

It's really like, there's not much to dislike about this thing.

Maybe the battery life, that's basically it.

Okay.

Hope you guys enjoyed this video! Thumbs if you liked it, subs if you loved it.

See you guys next time!.

My iPad Pro Setup - Using an iPad Pro as a Laptop - Ep. 1

alright guys so this is my experimentthis is a little different format than I normally do this is just kind of anintro to an experiment that I'm gonna be doing over the next few days and bythese boxes you may it guess what it is I'm looking to see if I can use an iPadpro as a replacement for my laptop so what are some of the things I do on mylaptop I do video editing use office tools do some basic photo editing andlike GIMP and I also stream games to my laptop from my gaming computer so I dida little bit of research and found out that you can do a lot of those thingswith the iPad pro iOS 11 in split screen you have somemultitasking capabilities so I got the iPad pro I got the 12.

9"because I figured the 10.

5" would be a little bit too small for what I wantto do I didn't like the Apple keyboard case so I got the Logitech slim combokeyboard case the Apple Lightning to SD card reader so I could both videos from my camera andthen I got the SteelSeries Nimbus controller for some gaming so the gamingI want to do is some of the games that are on the iPad Pro obviously but I want tostream from my computer there's an application called moonlight that let'suse the Nvidia gamestream to stream applications to your device they have itfor iOS so I'm gonna try that I did not get the pen because really the stuffthat I do I wouldn't really have any need for the pen for the video editingI'm gonna use a luma fusion that is a professional video editing software andthe image editing you know there's some really professional stuff like affinityI'm not gonna spring for that that's 20 bucks and it's a little more advancedand the stuff that I would typically do honestly so I'm gonna look for a cheaperoption but I'm gonna put it all together show you what my setup looks like I'mnot going to go too much into the apps at this point because I want to use themfor a little while this is just kind of an intro to this test that I'm doing solet me get this all put together and I'll show you what it looks like I'llset up all right so everything set up and I'm just gonna give you a quick lookat what everything looks like I'm not gonna go into a full review yet but justa quick overview so first let's talk about this Logitech keyboard case so thefirst reason I went with this one over the Apple provided one is the keyboarditself it's a much better keyboard on this one it's much more comfortable totype on the key travels much better and it's better for long typing sessions allthe hotkeys at the top work just fine for controlling things like the screenbrightness the sound home button is on there so you can get right to the homescreen and it's backlit those are all options that I really really like onthis version the next thing is the kickstand this kickstand is greatbecause it lets you put the tablet completely flat almost upright oranywhere in between next is the SteelSeries Nimbus and thisis a xbox style controller you know it's got a l1 l2 the XY a B all the buttonsthat you would expect on a controller I'm hoping to use this with some gamesin iOS and also with the moonlight streaming from my desktop that's aboutit right now I just have the basic install of iOS 11 I just upgraded theiPad pro to that latest version and I'm gonna play with it and then do a videocoming up very soon if you're interested in that please hit that subscribe buttonand then hit the bell next to it it'll notify you when I put one of thosevideos up I'll create a playlist as well thanks so much for watching guys I willsee you in the next video come see me on Instagram Twitter and Facebook I lovemeeting new people on there and chatting with them and I will see you guys in thenext video thanks so much.

Jumper EZBook 3 Pro V4 - The Best Budget Laptop Just Got Better

so I'm back here now with Jumper's EZBook 3 Pro but this time around it's the fourth revision so version numberfour and they keep improving on us so all the revisions they've made minorlittle tweaks and changes this time around we have a new touch pad it's aprecision one there's now a little tiny hatch on the bottom to easily installand upgrade and add your own SSD it has to be twenty-two by forty to spec so itshould just be the one or two screws on there you don't have to remove the wholerear case like you did with the previous models and there's also been a change inthe BIOS they have allowed us to now disable those power limits so there's noneed to do the hack if you do have a previous model then of course you canjust do that software hack but every time you reboot the system you need toreapply it and what it basically allows us to do is exceed the standard TDP theyhave on there the power limits so doing so increases performance it allows theGPU to clock a little bit higher it can hold the turbos a bit longer so itshould be the fastest and best version yet of the jumper EZBook 3 Prowhich is basically the best of the apolar Lake notebooks that I havereviewed no one seems to be able to come close to this one in terms of thekeyboard than full metal build and the IPS panel has in here so let's check itout and have a look at those changes so thanks to some of the guys on my websitethat pointed out that when they ordered from gearbest that they started to shipthis new revision otherwise it wouldn't really be aware of this one so pick thisone up here from our own personal use I sold my version 3-1 in order to get thisbecause I want them more improved better model here with the better touchpad andthat power limit disabled so the box looks exactly the same as the previousversions I can't see anything marking here that is in fact the version fourand the specs you probably know them so it's got six gigabytes of RAM that it'sactually in dual channel to three gigabyte chips they're samsung ones 64gigabyte eat MMC I think it's a Samsung but I'll take a look at that and ofcourse it's powered by the Apollo rake in 34 50 and it has a 1080p 13.

3 inchIPS screen so no changes to the power supply here twelve volts three amps thecord on it is not particularly long now you can of coursesaucer replacement all you need is a tip like this so positive in the middlenegative on the outside and it's three millimeters so the first change with theversion four is this right here it's a tiny little access hatch to install anSSD so if you want to speed things up and increase the capacity get somethinglike this this is a transcend 256 gigabyte so it's 22 millimeters by 42millimeters in length and we need to do is remove one screw here another screwinside will be in there of course fit that in and then in the bias you need togo and change that over the boot order so it actually runs off the SSD now ifyou're a bit of a modder and you want to actually install a fullsize 20 to 60 or 20 to 80 then you need to remove all these screws around theoutside break the plastic that's around here it's got like a plastic framearound in there and you can install the larger SSDs so jumper made some changesto the BIOS and that is that we can now go along and disable that power limit onthere so under the CPU settings go along to CPU power management and you'll findalong here that it says Parliament 1 enabled if you go along and set this nowto disabled this will in turn disable all of the power limits the CPU will useas much power as it wants it will shorten battery life now there is a goodcopper heatsink on this laptop so thermals it shouldn't reach them orthrottling it level but it will get hotter than by leaving that on defaultso if you're not happy with that and the stock performance is fine foryou then I recommend it's not touching this at all and leaving it alonenow previous models like the version 3 you could tweak the emmc but here youcan on this model they've used a different grade of MMC I think it's nolonger a MMC 5 spec so before what you do is go into the chipset the SCCsetting and you change this setting to high-speed 400 but I'm just gonna leaveit as stock there because when I put it on to 400 it gave me a blue screen so atleast on this one or my batch it's not gonna workone minor change here as well as they do have the latest Windows 10 imageon here so we've got English Spanish Russian and Chinese as the initiallanguages on this Windows 10 home okay so we through all the windows setup ofcourse I just wanted to show you a couple of things so there is a bit of acon here that the MMC is very poor here this is a generic in card in myexperience that'll be either a for C or B win one I won't know until I actuallytake the whole back office and physically look at it but they don'ttend to be very fast at all so this has come at the cost of the improvementshaving that precision touchpad which you can see here it's definitely a precisiontouchpad you can control those gestures I've been using it now just a little bitand it is so much better than the original one we used to have that wasjust a standard one and quite a average poor touchpad on that so Windows whenyou first get it installed and while setup we have forty five point sixgigabytes free there and I'm just benchmarking now the drive here to seehow fast it is and it's not looking very fast at all but so far I haven't reallynoticed any slowdown getting around Windows because of this Drive so a fewuses in my form have also pointed out that there is this application herethat's within that Windows 10 image me ming-mingwind clients it doesn't look good at all like some sort of backdoor or trojan butvirus scans sulphides come up clean I think it's got something to do with thisChinese app on here I don't know what it is anyone read Chinese well there'll bea few of you out there please let me know what this actually says and nowthat emmc benchmark is just finishing up you can see not very fast at all it'sMMC four point five point one spec and I highly recommend going with one of thesean SSD that really opens and speed things up not only does it give you morestorage of course just applications load up faster boot times slightly faster aswell and overall it just feels a little bit quicker I have also noticed that thetexture of the touchpad now is a little bit rougher here so it's got more of amatte coating to the other one was a little bit smoother shinierthat probably helps too but overall so far using this touchpad really impressedwith it it's definitely so much better than the original one there used andjust double checking here with HW info that yes the power limits were disabledyou can see along here it says power unlimited time unlimited so it willturbo for as long as it wants and use as much power as it needs okay so there wego that's the jumper easy book 3 Pro the version number 4 or the revision number4 that they've done on this so that kept tweaking and improving it and it reallyis an amazing laptop for the price considering what you're getting at IPSpanel really good battery life you get about 8 hours out of this now the ApolloLake is not a powerhouse of a chipset but with that power limit disabled itperforms a lot better than other notebooks out there that do not let ustweet that seating at all the improved touchpad is a welcome change and in factthey're most welcome to change their on that is the best thing they've done isget rid of that kind of crappy touchpad they had on the previous one so a hugeimprovement there now other things of course like thateasy access slot just means getting an SSD and there's a little bit easier alittle bit faster and as I mentioned I have done a full review of this laptopbut that was the first model that was released so this is even better now butmake sure you check that out if you haven't really for the 220 or so us thisis selling for you cannot get any better and trust me I've tested now probablyabout six or seven of these Apollo Lake laptops and this one tops all of themand if they continue with this kind of trend hopefully the new Gemini Lakelaptop that's going to be coming out next year probably by then that's thesuccessor to the Apollo Lake will be something really good and hopefully alsoaround this price range thanks for watching this unboxing and just previewreally of the changes that they've made on the EZBook 3 Pro.

Now, a very common question that people arealways, always asking is "What camera shall I use?" Because once you've recorded yourcontent like what I'm doing right now, you're going to have to send it over to your videoeditor.

So what is that's really, really quick and easy and also what is very efficient tobe able to get across to them.

And there's really two options.

One, is touse a very basic camera for people who are on a budget which I'm going to share withyou shortly.

Or two, use a little bit more advanced camera which is the current one thatI'm using right now to record on.

And both is really dependent on your budget and alsodepending on the quality of the video that you want to get out there.

Obviously the more you pay for a particularcamera, the better the quality you're going to get but it won't break an arm and a leg.

All right so the first one that I've beenusing for quite some time before I actually upgraded to this camera that I'm currentlyrecording on is a Kodak Zi8 camera.

This is a very nice, very thin and very light camerathat I've been using and I had a 32GB card in here to be able to record all my high definitionvideos.

Now the reason why this is a great camerais one, it has an external microphone which you can just plug in onto the side right overhere.

I don't know if you can see it actually right here but basically you just plug inthat condenser mic which is I'm going to talk a little bit more about that but plug thatstraight in, mount that into a tripod and then hit the remote to record where you canget a separate remote and you're up and away.

That's exactly what I did for quite a longtime.

When you have look at a lot of my videos, I had at least about almost 100 videos thatI recorded using the Kodak Zi8 camera.

And it's a great camera because it records inhigh definition and the video files are quite small in comparision.

So that's - that's what I would recommend.

I noticed that a lot of other people also recommend the Flip Mino, but unfortunatelythe Flip Mino doesn't have any of the external mic plugin unless you want to spend extramoney but this is a really good budget camera that you can pick up.

You can buy from Amazonor eBay or anything like that and I'll make sure I'll put a link down below so that wayyou can check it out directly.

So that one is very good because you can uploadeasily, send to your video editor and he'll be able to do it straightaway.

Now the second option which is a little bitmore advanced and also too, it records very, very high quality and you can see just fromthe recording is called the Canon T3i Rebel.

And I'm not going to take the credit thatI found this.

This was actually recommended to me by my good friend Gideon Shalwick fromGideonShalwick.

Com and he uses a little more advanced camera which is the next model upbut for me, I'm happy with this one because this one has been really focused on allowingme to record videos.

And just again, it does have an external mic so the great thing isI can plug this mic that I've got on clipped on me straight into the camera and start toshare with you.

So what I'll do is I'll put the link belowbut it's called the Canon T3i Rebel which is an SLR camera and it allows you to be ableto record well, videos up to at least 12 minutes or so then after that you can edit it fromthere.

Now, one word of caution, these cameras theseparticular Canon cameras record very, very large file and there's little trick that I'mgoing to share in the future video on how to be able to get this sent over to your videoeditor in a smaller format and I think apparently right now it records up to about 300MB perminute so if you're going to do a 10-minute video, it's going to be about 3GB which isquite big.

Whereas in comparison, the Kodak Zi8, for about a 5-minute video that I usedto record, it will only be about 200-300MB so it's a fraction of that size so you justhave to take that in consideration when you're working with you and outsourcing it over toyour video editor overseas.

All right so yeah, these are really the twocameras that I highly recommend.

Make sure that whenever you're getting a camera, you'llalso get a lapel mic which is what I'm currently holding right now, you can sort of see iton me.

But basically it's just a mic that just clips onto you and plug it straight intoyour camera and it gives you much, much better quality of sound.

And you can pick up these for like $30 orso from like Dick Smith or Tandy store and that's what I've done.

Okay so yeah, hopefully this video has helpedyou there.

If you've got any further questions, feel free to leave your comments down belowand I'll be more happy to answer them but these are one of the two the cameras thatI've been using for quite some time and I - I cannot just - I cannot say how great theyare because they're just - brilliant.

So give it a go, check it out and let me know whatyou think.

All right, thanks so much for watching this.

The PERFECT Mobile Production Workstation?! - EVGA SC15 Laptop Editing Performance

This video is sponsored by Intel.

If you know me or have followed my contentfor some time, you know that I’m super picky about my editing platforms.

The NLE software I edit with is of key importance, and the hardware and expected performance while editing affect my motivation, patience, and the overall end result.

That’s why my main rig holds an Intel Corei7-6900K, 32GB of RAM, a GTX 1080, and many SSDs.

But lately, I’ve been editing on a laptop- the EVGA SC15 with an Intel Core i7-7700HQ - and I’ve honestly not noticed a differencein performance.

It’s been great - let’s take a look.

[intro] I’m a badly-sunburned EposVox, here to maketech easier and more fun - today finally admitting that it is possible for me to do my productionwork on the go.

I explained during my unboxing of the EVGASC15 that this laptop is packed with specs - a quad core, 8 thread Intel Core i7-7700HQprocessor, 16 gigabytes of DDR4 memory, a GTX 1060, Thunderbolt 3, and a 1080 IPS 120hzGSync IPS display.

While these specs are amazing for gaming, they’re also great for editing and production, too.

This thing handled multitasking across Premiereand After Effects with no problem, and actually handles editing quite well.

Even with sluggish, H264 compressed footage, timeline performance is great and I ran into no issues with stuttering or slowdown.

I pulled up the task manager view to watchall 8 threads going to town on the footage.

The hyperthreaded CPU and included NvidiaGPU allow me to handle footage and effects in realtime with minimal slowdown - but thatscreen! IPS is glorious for video accuracy in editing, and 120hz feels so responsive for desktop work like this.

Admittedly, 1080p is quite the downgrade frommy multiple 4K monitor editing setup I normally use, so I had to develop a new workspace toadapt to the smaller screen real estate, but it worked out.

Plus, I just picked up a new professionalproduction monitor and thanks to the multitude of display outputs on the SC15, I was ableto hook up and run my new monitor with this laptop, giving me not only the main screenfor panels and such, but then a full 4096 by 2160 for my main editing timeline.

Now THAT was a fun edit.

The M.

2 NVMe boot SSD also gets used for temporarystorage and cache in my video editor, which helps speed up playback and editing significantly, and once I get proper accessories for it - that Thunderbolt 3 port will allow me to use veryfast external storage for production on the go.

In fact, I made a full sit-stand setup basedaround this laptop’s Thunderbolt 3 port - if you haven’t seen that video already.

Link in the description and so on, you knowthe drill.

Surprisingly, the laptop didn’t get superloud during editing like it does with gaming.

I guess the beefier cooling works on the GPUand video production only utilizes the GPU minimally, so I had a pleasant and not jet-engine-likesound experience, too.

The only point at which I really noticed thatthis machine was running slower than my main desktop rig was during rendering.

While all 8 threads went to work and torethrough footage more quickly than most machines I have, it was still a little slower thanmy desktop - but that’s to be expected.

I’m seriously impressed with how well thisperformed and I’m much more likely to take my work on the go to local shops, libraries,or parts now that I have something to produce on.

So yes, my hardened “Desktop master race”stance has crumbled down a little bit.

I can pretty confidently say the EVGA SC-15provides desktop-class performance and connectivity in a relatively small form factor, which isnot a claim I’ve ever expected to hold up.

That’s it from me.

Canon EOS 600D / T3i - lens and focus problem

In my canon eos 600d are two problems I noticed with the focus.

The first problem concerns the shift of focus.

If I focus on the background to the foreground was shifting, the picture jumps.

This can be seen in these shots very nicely.

Even in the off state of the camera, this can be seen through the viewfinder.

To demonstrate this I have the camera on a device fitted with what I can automatically change the focus.

Consequently, this jerk is notfrom me.

The objective was already in service.

I thought this should be a faster using SD card.

Is there anything faster than 10 class? I've also been in the photo store several 18-135mm objective 600d tried on different bodys with the same problem.

The same lens on a 60d but made no problems.

The second problem looks like this.

During filming I'll get the focus on one object.

If I then zoom out the image is blurred.

Does anyone have this problem also with the 600d?.

How to Repair Your Broken Canon EOS LCD Screen - Rebel T3i / 600d

this ever happened to you? (oh crap!) the don't cry little man I'm gonna show you how to fix it checkit out! (music) this is our little Canon t3i and I uses to shoot everything on myYouTube channel and like probably many of you out there I dropped it the other day and cracked the little LCD screen Yep, what a shame.

The good news is it'snot very hard to fix it so we're just gonna take our time here spin this little guy around.

Take these twoscrews out I'm hoping you guys can see that on the side here there's two more littlescrews they're really hard to see see you gotta look close for these little boogers.

Weshould be able to pop this back off.

There we go and that exposes the goods here I've got our replacement part right hereyou can see what it is in comparison so this isdefinitely what we're after here for the connectorI think I'm zoomed in far enough to see this to take the ribbon out you flip this guy up right here.

You just gotta get your thumb nail under there flip that little piece of plastic up andthe ribbon slides right out to install is just the exact opposite You just push the ribbon in all the wayand then flip that little plastic clip down then there's a couple more than screwsright here that hold our back plate in.

we've got two more screws here right next tothe ones we took out right at the beginning Now this should be free andclear we should also be able to lift this assemblyout so we're gonna keep that in the same orientation that it was.

We're going to be very mindful of how everything is going together here then we're going to separate our LCD from theback plate there's some adhesive on here and that'swhat I'm fighting with just a little bit trying toget it to loosen up.

Trying not to crack our PC board you know good here (struggling) (POP!) (POP!) Here we are.

Again we want to be careful not to mess up the orientationhere okay we've got our new screen here its gonna go in this orientation We're going to squeeze it on there insert the ribbon There we go, that little guy flips up.

O.

K.

, so assembly is just opposite of tear down squeeze of of these little guys in.

Make sure you pushthese tabs here forward and we'll get this little assembly in.

you want to make sure that this piecehasn't twisted ninety degrees on you because it can Your screws won't line up if youdo twist it ninety so keep that in mind.

First one's I'm going to put in are these little guys in the corners then we're going to do these guys next I can't remember if it's the inner or the outer.

Looks like the outer.

You want to be sure when you get to thesides crews here these are actually a little smaller screw so just make note of that the small ones go into the side before we put it all back together.

I'llturn on for a little test drive here hey hey hey check it check it and I can see that I left the plastic onhear so I gotta pull this back apart and do this again but that's how you fix these things andnot not very difficult to do cost me abouttwenty dollars in parts took me about 15 minutes in in real time.

That's it for the Canon t3irepair I hope I never have to make this videoagain.

I think I just need to be morecareful with my cameras in the shop so hopefully that helps you guys out.

Don'tyour meat loaf!.

New Razer Blade Stealth - Huge CPU Upgrade!

Hey, how's it going? Dave2D here And this is the newest Razer Blade Stealth.

This is running the 8th generation CPUs from Intel, Kaby Lake-R, so it's a quad-core CPU and I did a review of the previous version of this, the, I guess the 7th generation Fantastic device, I feel like they had updated a lot of stuff that people wanted, and this is just kind of revision that's just a little bit better.

Now, I want to clarify one thing before I go toomuch further into this review A lot of people think that this device is a gaming laptop I know most of you don't, but there's a surprisingnumber of people that are like, "Hey! Does this thing play games?" It is not meant to be a gaming laptop It's made by Razer.

Razer makes gaming peripheralsand gaming stuff, but this is not a dedicated gaming laptop Not to say that it can't play games like, by itself It can't.

It's running some like non-gaming internals But you can plug up an external GPU if youdo want to play games which I'll explain further down the line But just to clarify, this is not a dedicated gaming laptop.

Okay, so let's talk about things that haven't changed.

The build quality hasn't changed Nothing actually from the exterior has changed that much The one biggest difference is that this model is the gunmetal grey version So they still make the regular black one with the green Razer logo and RGB lights and stuff, but this one's gunmetal grey, and I like this one more Maybe because I've seen the black one so often But this one's just a cleaner design to me.

The logo is more subtle and everythingjust looks a little more muted The one thing that is a good thing or bad thing is that RGB's on the keyboard that are on the regular Razer Blade Stealth are not present on the gunmetal gray version They only light up in white.

The keyboard, the trackpad, basically everything is exactly the same on the exterior It's a good keyboard, good trackpad They updated the trackpad in the previous version to use the Windows Precision drivers which is just way better And the screen options aren't changed This one here is running at 3200 by 1800screen, IGZO panel It's not the brightest thing ever but it's fairly bright, and it has a pretty good color gamut lt also is a touch screen if that's your thing.

If you really like the colored RGB keyboard from the black model But you want to clean finish, like this, you can always get a skin from dbrand, just cover it up and it'll mute the logo and protect your laptop The ports aren't changed.

There's got two USB 3.

0's and HDMI and then your Thunderbolt 3.

Now this Thunderbolt 3 port is for power like you powered up through here and also supports four lanes of PCIe so if you connect an external GPU to this thing, it gets full bandwidth The one thing that's a little bit different between this one and the previous generation of gunmetal grey is that This one's a little bit darker, so this is the other one, the earlier 2017 one It's really hard to tell from this camera, but this new one is slightly darker than this one You know what? There's also another difference On the inside, the little Intel stickers, the 8th generation one is like a quarter of the size of the old version Now, I've seen some other eighth generation laptops that had a regular-sized sticker So I don't know why this little one exists I know this is really important right? You guys should be aware of all the little details about this laptop Okay, the internals have changed a little.

The layout is just a little bit different from previous generations.

The RAM is still soldered on and the SSD is still removable, but they've actually used a much faster drive this year Which is nice.

Now, in terms of coil whine, my unit here does not have coil whine I have seen a lot of reports of people getting Razer Blade Stealth's with coil whine issues.

All the review units I've ever had didn't have it so I can't really comment on it But this one yet again does not have it.

Performance is excellent This one's running the i7 and 16 gigs of RAM and these new Kaby Lake-R chips are quad-core CPUs that get really fast for short bursts.

They benchmarked really well.

The built-in GPU is still pretty weak You're still not gonna be able to play some amazing games on or anything You can play some light games But even moderately demanding games are gonna make it choke So if you want to play games, you either get something completely different like a gaming laptop Or you're gonna have to connect an external GPU to this thing Thermals under load are fine and same thing with fan noise It doesn't get super loud or anything and we connected to an external GPU Temperatures are also good.

The external GPU handles most of the graphical stuff so the laptop stays cool Now if this is the type of setup you want so it's like a thin and light Ultrabook combined with a external GPU There's a lot of companies that do this kind of thing, but I still think the best company is Razer They were the first people to do it so they probably have a little bit more like experience with it But the connection is rock-solid, and it's just it just works really really well, and I'm running the first generation Core still They have a newer version that has an updated Thunderbolt 3 controller, and you can connect external devices that work on a different pipeline But I mean the performance is going to be identical to the first generation, but yes If this is what you're looking for, I cannot recommend a better setup than these two.

Now Now, it's still not a hundred percent efficient.

There's some issues with using Thunderbolt 3 GPUs, but for the most part They're pretty good.

Now, if you want to learn more about them I've done a video that kind of details this whole process a little bit more I'll link that below.

Okay, the performance and video editing is not as good as you might expect This is a quad-core CPU, but it's a 15 watt CPU.

There are quad-core CPUs like gaming laptops that are 45 watt CPUs And those are just able to maintain a higher clock speed for just longer periods of time this can hit 4 gigahertz for a little burst and then it'll drop down to its base clock and when you're video editing That's just not ideal.

So you can get stuff done if you're working with 1080p footage or just not video editing very frequently Sure, it can kind of work especially with an external GPU, but if you want something that's just more long-term Are you working with higher res footage? Go with something like a quad core gaming laptop Those just do much better for edits.

Okay, battery life has not changed.

I'm still getting seven hours on this thing I know with the Kaby Lake-R's, it's supposed to be slightly more efficient I'm still getting seven hours, and I think it comes from the screen.

The IGZO panel looks nice and the colors pop But it just uses a little more juice It is still like, for the most part, of full day batteries So I'm not too worried about it If I had to nitpick on some things on, if I, I mean I do like this laptop a lot but if it just had to be that guy that just hated on something, it would probably be The speaker's.

They're not bad They're like really well positioned, but they don't sound amazing they sound very like you know, run-of-the-mill Ultrabook There are thin and light Ultrabooks like the MacBook's that just sound amazing And it would be really cool if a Razer could stick something like those into here Then this thing would be like really really cool, but yeah, not amazing speakers.

The other thing is the backlighting on the function key So like F2, F3.

It also controls volume down and volume up, but in complete darkness You can't see the secondary controls because they just don't light up, and it doesn't bother me because I rarely work in complete darkness But for people that require that, yeah, can't control brightness and stuff unless you know exactly which keys do what, but that's basically it.

Those are some minor complaints about this really good laptop They did a really good job that last revision, and it's just even better now with the 8th gen CPUs I'm gonna talk about one last thing.

It's customer support because I talked about in my previous videoswith other devices Razer's customer support is, I would consider a pretty mediocre They're not a laptop company, right? They were originally a peripheral company, and they got into the laptop game And they do a good job at it But their customer support is lacking, and they don't have stuff like next-day support So if you have something with your laptop some companies like Dell and HP They'll send a technician to your house or your work And they'll kind of try to fix it Razer doesn't have that, you have to send it back to them So that's a bit of a bummer.

It depends on what you want or need if your laptop support I mean if it's really important to you, then you might want to look elsewhere, but they make great laptops And I think especially their Stealth line is thumbs up, all around.

Okay, hope you guys enjoyed this video! Thumbs if you liked it, subs if you loved it.

See you guys next time!.
